Don Woodard, a second-generation USPS member, raced catboats in coastal New England and on Lake Hartwell. A former Bridge officer and Navigation course instructor in Atlanta Power Squadron, he and his wife Janice now spend their boating time in kayaks and in a 17' multi-species Starcraft fishing boat.
